Dream Choice Tech Support

Welcome to the Dream Choice app beta test hotline. Please listen carefully to all our tech support options.

For feedback on how we can enhance your in-dream experience—or to suggest a new Dream Choice option that does not exist in our library—please press one, now.

For complaints about a recent dream, press two. Please note that we cannot refund your experience, nor are we legally responsible for the following:

1.     Soiling your bed sheets during a terrifying stunt, such as base jumping off a tall building or fighting a fire-breathing dragon. In the event this does happen, however, our sponsors at Bed Linens and Stuff are currently offering 25% off all merchandise on their website until the end of the month.

2.     Incessant sneezing during one of our in-dream ads, such as those for colognes, perfumes, or essential oils that are meant to enhance your dream ambiance. Keep in mind; those ads pay for your free Dream Choice experience. If you have allergies or are sensitive to certain smells, please choose your dreams with our smell-o-vision features in mind. You can also turn them off in your account settings. However, it will significantly limit your dream options. That is, unless you purchase one of our affordable monthly subscription packages.

3.     When your dream of choice ends abruptly, or is put on hold, for reasons beyond our control. For example, loud construction outside of your place of residence, a global pandemic, or because someone set off a fire alarm in your apartment building or hotel.

4.     Accidentally harming your partner, or yourself, in bed during a dream that initiated your fight or flight response. Possible scenarios might include fighting over deals at a Black Friday designer shoe sale or boxing a world heavy-weight champion.

5.     Strange AF Covid-19 lockdown dreams which are unrelated to anything you might have selected from our Dream Choice library. In those cases, please hang in there. Take care of yourself, never lose hope and remember that it was, indeed, just a dream. Brighter days will hopefully be here soon.
